Redland Bay Shopping Village started life as two disparate but adjoining strip shopping centres in an area designated by the council as a neighbourhood centre. Over a period of years Fox and Bell amalgamated the sites and redeveloped them into a coherent centre centred on a main street.

The resulting development is a vibrant community meeting point focussed on a mix of  fresh food, banking, cafes, commercial offices and medical services, creating a convenient one-stop centre for residents in one of the fastest growing localities in Queensland..

This project demonstrates the patient and imaginative approach of Fox and Bell to development ensuring a product that is durable and satisfies community aspirations.

Fox and Bell has acquired a further 7 adjoining properties and have commenced expansion of the centre to include a full line Woolworths Supermarket. Construction commenced February 2021 and is expected to be completed mid 2022.
